dc.description.abstractLa crisis ocasionada por el COVID-19 ha afectado a diferentes sectores, el primero de ellos es el sector de prestación de servicios de salud, principal doliente del virus. Las Instituciones Prestadores de Salud - IPS, son las llamadas a atender toda la población. La vertiginosa y creciente expansión del virus llevó a que el consumo de elementos que, normalmente eran de uso moderado, empezara a requerirse en cantidades que superan los estimado de demanda.en_US
