| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia el sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes ha establecido que no serán declarados responsables penalmente, ni se les aplicará sanción alguna a los mayores de catorce (14) y menores de dieciocho (18) años que padezcan de alguna discapacidad psíquica o mental, pero si les será aplicable la medida de seguridad correspondiente. Medidas de seguridad que no han sido desarrolladas por el legislador, es decir, no se ha estipulado como sanción, cual medida de seguridad aplicar, razón por la que los jueces carecen de herramientas para el tratamiento del adolescente que padece de enfermedad mental. | en_US |
