| dc.description.abstract | La monografía enmarca un análisis jurídico frente a la autonomía de las EPS creadas como solución a la problemática de la monopolización de la salud en Colombia, a través del cual se puede concluir que existen dos caminos jurídicos a partir de la surgimiento del nuevo sistema de salud en el cual se blinda jurídicamente el derecho a la salud consagrándolo como un derecho fundamental pero a su vez se amplía el ámbito de su materialización por parte de las EPS desencadenando un vacío normativo que ha generado la grave crisis social y el incumplimiento por parte del estado para salvaguardad la salud. | en_US |
