| dc.description.abstract | Esta monografía realiza una descripción de conceptos; históricos, de la doctrina, la jurisprudencia colombiana, sudamericana y europea, acerca de la posición jurídica del embrión humano. se analizó el concepto del derecho civil de persona y según esa interpretación el embrión humano carece de condiciones para ser sujeto titular de derechos, y no goza siquiera del derecho a la vida. El embrión humano tiene una existencia natural, carece de existencia legal posee ciertos derechos suspendidos a la condición de nacer vivo. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This monograph makes a description of concepts; historical, doctrine, Colombian, South American and European jurisprudence, about the legal position of the human embryo. The concept of the civil right of the person was analyzed and according to that interpretation the human embryo lacks the conditions to be a subject with rights, and does not even enjoy the right to life.
