| dc.description.abstract | La monografía que a continuación se presenta se encuentra enmarcada en un análisis frente a la salvaguarda del estado colombiano del derecho a la educación en las mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado de forma delimitada al municipio de Ocaña, Norte de Santander. esta se estructuro bajo tres capítulos, uno para describir la elección, delimitación del tema y el planteamiento de la metodología enfocada a un esquema cualitativo y descriptivo, uno para hablar sobre la problemática del conflicto armado y sus efectos sobre la efectividad del derecho a la educación y otras consecuencias, y un tercero en el cual se analiza la problemática visibilizando las dificultades desde el plan de desarrollo municipal para dar de forma efectiva un reconocimiento y materialización de formas de acceso, calidad, protección, reparación y demás a las mujeres víctimas. | en_US |
