| dc.description.abstract | El juzgado tercero civil municipal de Ocaña fue creado por resolución motivada para su reubicación en el mes de enero del año 1997, siendo conformado por un funcionario público con el cargo de juez y cuatro empleados públicos con los cargos de secretario, oficial mayor, escribiente y citador; planta de personal que se conserva actualmente. De acuerdo con esta premisa, no puede desconocerse que el objetivo de esta instancia, es que la autoridad responsable de tomar la decisión de prodigar justicia en derecho, pueda generar acceso a la administración de justicia, en términos de igualdad y celeridad para sus procesos. | en_US |
