| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo pretende dar a conocer la problemática de la delincuencia juvenil y la efectividad de las sanciones impuestas contenidas en el sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes, debido al impresionante, alarmante e indiscutible, crecimiento en la participación de jóvenes en la comisión de delitos en nuestra sociedad, como lo dan a conocer los diferentes medios de comunicación a nivel nacional, regional y local. Es un tema que preocupa tanto a las autoridades como a la comunidad en general que se ve afectada, debido a la influencia de estos actos en la inseguridad en que se vive diariamente. | en_US |
