| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto se orientó desde una perspectiva investigativa y analítica donde se enfatizó en la estructuración de cada una de las etapas de los procesos que son llevados en los procesos industriales palmeros. Así mismo se realizó una búsqueda de recursos bibliográficos en la empresa que avalaran el proceso, regulando así la evidencia mostrada; en los resultados, se evidenciaron aspectos referentes a la relevancia de las competencias teórico-prácticas aprendidas en la malla curricular en cada una de las asignaturas de la línea de mantenimiento. | en_US |
