| dc.description.abstract | En esta investigación se evaluaron diferentes aspectos que le permitan al municipio de Ocaña, Norte de Santander, obtener un porcentaje real de la herramienta menor, basados en la vida útil de las herramientas usadas en obra, tomando en cuenta la experiencia de las personas que a diario laboran en el medio de la construcción. Básicamente esta metodología determina que el municipio de Ocaña, debe operar bajo un valor de porcentaje del 6% para el costo de la herramienta menor, tomando en cuenta la variación de los proyectos del municipio y sus altos costos. | en_US |
