| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación identifica y analiza las variables que afectan la planeación de los proyectos de obras civiles, en el municipio de Ocaña, Norte de Santander. Las metodologías utilizadas fueron la del Instituto de Manejo de Proyectos PMI, y la de Proyectos en Entornos Controlados PRINCE2, diseñadas para mejorar y llevar al éxito los distintos procesos de esta etapa.
