| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente trabajo de grado consistió en evaluar la producción de leche y la calidad composicional de sus constituyentes (grasa, proteína y solidos no grasos), en animales mestizos (gyr/holstein, gyr/cebú y jersey/holstein) del proyecto bovino de la UFPSO, localizado en el municipio de Ocaña norte de Santander, con un total de 2.715 controles lecheros colectados durante un periodo de seis meses utilizando como muestra quince hembras en producción, las cuales fueron muestreadas durante dos ordeños/día, fueron calculadas las estadísticas descriptivas de las variables descritas anteriormente. | en_US |
