dc.description.abstract	En el segundo semestre del año 2021 se desarrolló en la personería municipal de Chiriguaná, Cesar, las pasantías empresariales del programa contaduría pública como modalidad de grado, donde se cumplió con todos los objetivos planteados y las actividades propuestas, estas se realizaron en un término de 16 semanas como lo estipula el plan de estudio de la facultad ciencias administrativas y económicas de la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander, Ocaña. Como objetivo general se desarrolló el apoyo en la gestión administrativa, contable y financiera a la personería municipal de Chiriguaná, Cesar y se estableció objetivos específicos que conllevaron al objetivo general encaminados para su logro, como fue: el apoyo a la elaboración y control de información y actividades del área financiera, participar en la ejecución de procedimientos administrativos, presupuestales y realizar actividades de archivo documental. De esta manera se pudo mostrar las diferentes habilidades empresariales contables y financieras del pasante, obtenidos a lo largo del programa de contaduría pública de la universidad. Para iniciar en la personería municipal de Chiriguaná Cesar el apoyo en el área financiera, fue indispensable realizar una investigación sobre las actividades y procesos que se realizan y ejecutan en esta área, para poder brindarle un mejor acompañamiento de manera eficiente y eficaz. Las actividades desarrolladas por el pasante estuvieron bajo la inspección del profesional en el área financiera el cual brindó su experiencia y su disposición de tiempo para brindar información requerida y así poder desempeñar las funciones y objetivos para realizar sus pasantías.	en_US

As a general objective, support was developed in the administrative, accounting and financial management of the municipal office of Chiriguaná, Cesar and specific objectives were established that led to the general objective aimed at achieving it, such as: support for the preparation and control of information and activities of the financial area, participate in the execution of administrative and budgetary procedures and carry out documentary archiving activities. In this way it was possible to show the different accounting and financial business skills of the intern, obtained throughout the public accounting program of the university. To initiate support in the financial area in the municipal office of Chiriguaná Cesar, it was essential to carry out an investigation on the activities and processes that are carried out and executed in this area, in order to provide better support efficiently and effectively. The activities developed by the intern were under the inspection of the professional in the financial area who offered his experience and his disposition of time to provide the required information and thus be able to perform the functions and objectives to carry out his internships.	en_US
