| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto está enfocado en el diseño de una máquina cubicadora de frutas para la Pizzería José Pizza. Por lo que se plantea una solución al incremento de la demanda debido al elevado consumo de pizzas a base de piña en los últimos meses. Esta máquina será capaz de producir 329.3 kg/hora mediante un sistema de 3 cortes que son en rebanadas, tiras y cubos, respectivamente; la tolva es capaz de almacenar 10 piñas por cada abastecimiento. La máquina será de bajo costo para que a futuro la Pizzería pueda construirla y tecnifique su proceso de corte de piñas en cubos, ahorren tiempo, dinero y minimicen el riesgo de accidentes. | en_US |

Therefore, a solution is proposed to the increase in demand due to the high consumption of pineapple-based pizzas in recent months. This machine will be capable of producing 329.3 kg/hour through a 3-cut system that is sliced, striped, and cubed, respectively; the hopper is capable of storing 10 pineapples for each supply. The machine will be low cost so that in the future the Pizzeria can build it and technify its process of cutting pineapple into cubes, save time, money and minimize the risk of accidents. | en_US |
