| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo realiza un análisis de la aplicabilidad de la metodología BIM en el desarrollo de la interventoría técnica y administrativa. Inicialmente se analizan las funciones y responsabilidades del interventor y posteriormente se exponen los aspectos relevantes de la metodología BIM y su papel en la construcción. Así mismo se mencionan los controles y seguimientos necesarios en proyectos de edificaciones, para finalmente establecer mediante encuestas aplicadas a profesionales que se desenvuelven en esta área, que actividades específicamente se pueden desarrollar mediante las herramientas que ofrece la metodología. | en_US |
