| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente documento realiza un diagnóstico de la interventoría técnica en proyectos VIS en la ciudad de Cúcuta y su Área Metropolitana - Norte de Santander, donde previamente se revisa la aplicabilidad de la interventoría técnica en este tipo de proyectos realizando así un análisis de los controles y seguimientos que deben llevarse para cumplir las funciones de la interventoría dictados según la normativa colombiana. Así mismo como resultado de la aplicación de unas encuestas a profesionales que se desempeñan en este sector de la construcción, se obtiene como resultado unas conclusiones que dan pie a una guía técnica compuesta por un documento en PDF y unas listas de chequeo en Excel para realizar interventoría técnica en Proyectos de Vivienda de Interés Social. | en_US |
