dc.description.abstract	La Tesorería de la Alcaldía de Ocaña, encargada de la gestión financiera municipal, presenta dificultades en la optimización de la recaudación y conciliación bancaria, afectando la eficiencia y transparencia en el manejo de fondos públicos. Se identificó un potencial de mejora mediante la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas, estandarización de procesos y capacitación del personal. La matriz DOFA revela fortalezas internas como la experiencia del equipo y conocimiento normativo, así como oportunidades externas como nuevos sistemas de gestión tributaria y colaboración interinstitucional.	en_US
