| dc.description.abstract | Nuestra monografía jurídica de investigación tiene como problema jurídico la siguiente pregunta ¿Cuál es el objeto de protección del derecho de autor y derechos conexos que le confieren la calidad de autor exclusivamente a quien realiza la obra desde el ámbito penal?, y para dar dicha respuesta debemos ahondarnos en el tema desde su desarrollo. Es así, que en Colombia se ha estimado que el derecho penal establece un dispositivo idóneo de protección del derecho de autor. Por eso en nuestro código penal con el título VIII, que de manera específica consagra tres tipos penales relativos a la violación al derecho de autor y los derechos conexos, los cuales, en términos generales, penalizan de manera concreta la mayoría de conductas violatorias de los derechos reconocidos por el régimen autoral. | en_US |
