| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de esta investigación se realizó teniendo en cuenta que el tema del fracking en el ámbito jurídico colombiano es aún incipiente, por lo que hemos investigado la normatividad que existe en el país acerca de los procedimientos para permitirse la técnica del fracking y los posibles efectos nocivos que podrían presentar a la salud y medio ambiente o posibles beneficios económicos para el país, proponiendo una moratoria condicionada, hasta tanto, exista un estudio claro sobre efectos de la implementación de esta técnica y una normatividad que no solo fije el procedimiento, sino también métodos que puedan ayudar a mitigar posibles riesgos basándonos en el principio de precaución. | en_US |
