| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo sobre la caracterización de la calidad de la leche cruda de hatos provenientes de Colanta, constituye una puesta al día sobre las bases necesarias para la aplicación correcta las Bpo ( BUENAS PRACTICAS DE ORDEÑO ). La recopilación realizada incluye datos reales de pruebas de laboratorio en aras de poner al servicio el conocimiento teórico y resultados obtenidos con sus respectivas recomendaciones. Se pretende que por medio de charlas y visitas técnicas se capacite al productor para que realice ordeños de la mejor manera, consiguiendo así beneficios monetarios y de reconocimiento a su finca lechera. se toman como referencia 6 fincas las cuales según resultado del SISJEF, presentan mas grados de mastitis y contaminación, para hacer un seguimiento y acompañamiento mensual con el fin de mejorar niveles de Ufc ( UNIDADES FORMADORAS DE COLONI7ML ) y Rcs ( RECUENTO DE CELULAS SOMATICAS7ML ) | en_US |
