| dc.description.abstract | Esta práctica fue desarrollada en un hato ganadero de carne. La evaluación y selección de animales de manera visual y productiva se hace con el fin de cada día tener los mejores animales; los más capaces y mejores a la hora de producción. las investigaciones han demostrado que la productividad de la vida de las hembras de carne puede ser aumentadas al hacer parir a las novillas a los dos años de edad. esta meta puede ser lograda por los productores dispuestos a suministrar el manejo y la alimentación requerida durante el crecimiento de la novilla de reemplazo. El crecimiento imparable en el mundo de población civil es uno de los factores que nos indican el deber de producir más y de mejor calidad. | en_US |

The evaluation and selection of animals in a visual and productive way is done with the goal of having the best animals every day; the most capable and best when it comes to production. Research has shown that the lifetime productivity of beef females can be increased by calving heifers at two years of age. This goal can be achieved by producers willing to provide the management and feeding required during the growth of the replacement heifer. The unstoppable growth of the civilian population in the world is one of the factors that indicate to us the duty to produce more and of better quality. | en_US |
