| en_US |

dc.description.abstractenglish | This work aimed to reduce concentrate consumption, reducing costs and study how animals react consuming a diet based on forage and concentrate versus concentrate where some animals were selected in the fattening phase, giving them the same conditions and technical management, as We obtained results where the experimental group did not show much difference in weight gain. The phenotypic state was observed a change in the shine of the coat, faster growth, in terms of carcass performance, a decrease in fat accumulation was observed compared to those who consumed only concentrate. These results are observed in the slaughter with healthier meat and good palatability. | en_US |
