| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia el sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes ha establecido que no serán declarados responsables penalmente, ni se les aplicará sanción alguna a los mayores de catorce (14) y menores de dieciocho (18) años que padezcan de alguna discapacidad psíquica o mental, pero si les será aplicable la medida de seguridad correspondiente.
