La necesidad de realizar un plan de medios en esta oficina, surgió debido a las múltiples actividades que la dependencia realiza, la cual no cuenta con un estructura comunicacional establecida, generando traumatismo cada vez que llega una persona diferente al cargo de manejo de medios. | en_US |
