| dc.description.abstract | La capacidad laboral de todo ser humano está supeditada a una serie de factores que confluyen en el desarrollo o desempeño en sus funciones laborales, la administración pensional en Colombia cuenta con un sistema de evaluación que permite determinar la discapacidad del trabajador y determinar si es apto o no para obtener el beneficio de la pensión por invalidez, la corte suprema de justicia sala de laboral así como la mayoría de las altas cortes ha tenido a bien un pronunciamiento que permita unificar los términos en cuento a la calificación y posterior otorgamiento del beneficio del derecho pensional o en su debido caso la negativa del mismo. | en_US |
