dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene como propósito identificar la influencia que tiene el tipo de contratación en el clima organizacional de los funcionarios del área administrativa de la UFPSO; con el fin de conocer las variables que están afectando el clima organizacional, y por así diseñar un plan de mejoramiento para las condiciones de trabajo de todos los empleados sin tener en cuenta la modalidad de contratación, con el objetivo de fortalecer y garantizar las condiciones laborales que permitan generar un ambiente agradable.en_US
