| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo final en la modalidad pasantía, consiste en implementar medidas y estrategias que permitan a los supervisores e interventores de la alcaldía municipal de Convención (AMC) y a los contratistas, tener una herramienta que les permita conocer a detalle las actividades que deben cumplir, la verificación, coordinación y ejecución del objeto del contrato, adoptando de esta manera la elaboración de un manual de supervisión e interventoría de obras civiles para la Secretaria de Planeación de la AMC, en el que se establece un control de ejecución realizado eficientemente que conducirá a que el objeto del contrato se realice correctamente, donde se obtengan los resultados esperados y sobre todo que se cuente con los soportes para que la justificación de eventos como, prórrogas, adiciones o mayores cantidades de obra, y liquidación entre otros, se den oportunamente. | en_US |
