| dc.description.abstract | En el siguiente trabajo se realiza una compilación de la normativa ambiental vigente que se debe aplicar al seguimiento y al desarrollo de la gestión ambiental de los proyectos de construcción urbanísticos en el municipio de Ocaña, Norte de Santander, de acuerdo a la naturaleza y necesidad de cada proyecto. Inicialmente se detalla la problemática de la cual nace el interés de realizar esta monografía, se prosigue con describir origen, objetivos e instrumentos de la gestión ambiental; normativa ambiental nacional e internacional; luego se explica lo relacionado a proyectos urbanísticos y los impactos negativos que generan al medio ambiente, finalizando el documento se hace una breve descripción del proceso sancionatorio ambiental en Colombia y se dan las conclusiones obtenidas del presente documento. | en_US |
