dc.description.abstractEl presente libro lleva al lector a conocer el nivel de implementación de los diferente programas que hacen parte la gestión de la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo. Adicionalmente, se identifican las buenas prácticas de las empresas objeto de estudio y se presenta un análisis sobre la percepción de los trabajadores frente a las acciones desarrolladas por las organizaciones. Consta de seis capítulos: el primero, contiene el marco referencial; el segundo presenta una descripción de la transición de la salud ocupacional a la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo; el tercero dimensiona su comportamiento en época de pandemia; el cuarto establece el tipo de investigación; el quinto describe los resultados, y finalmente el sexto, presenta las conclusiones del estudio. Dirigido a estudiantes de programas técnicos, tecnológicos y de pregrado de ciencias administrativas y económicas en las diferentes asignaturas relacionadas con la gestión humana y gestión de calidad; puede ampliarse a otras líneas temáticas y especializaciones de SST.en_US
