| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de analizar las falencias que se presentan en el mantenimiento del cableado de las redes primarias en la ciudad de Ocaña. Durante la investigación realizada en campo uno de los obstáculos manifestados por los usuarios fue la baja confianza presentada al momento de realizar los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de las redes por las demoras en los tiempos. El cual en los diferentes armarios estructurados se logró una mejoria de acuerdo a todos los cambios realizados, obteniendo así la prestación de un excelente servicio, por lo tanto se pudo demostrar que el cambio era necesario y se evidencio en las manifestaciones expuestas por los clientes. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work was carried out in order to analyze the shortcomings that occur in the maintenance of the wiring of the primary networks in the city of Ocaña. During the investigation carried out in the field, one of the obstacles expressed by the users was the low confidence presented when carrying out the preventive and corrective maintenance of the networks due to delays in time.
