| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de la contratación pública debe estar bajo lineamientos específicos acerca del alcance y el objeto de supervisión; por lo cual, ante la ausencia de una normatización general y centralizada, los municipios de la provincia de Ocaña no cuentan con una guía sistemática que brinde las pautas y organice la forma en que las interventorías realizan la supervisión y control a los contratos de obra específicamente en el área de pavimentos flexibles.
