| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia es preocupante la gran cantidad de personas que mueren diario a causa de los accidentes de tránsito de manera que se puede dar solución, intervenir y controlar los sitios propensos a accidentes, es por eso que surge esta investigación que definirá la influencia de las características geométricas, características operacionales y velocidades sobre la ocurrencia de accidentes en la ciudad de Ocaña (Norte de Santander), el desarrollo metodológico comprenderá la recolección de información, medición de variables, conformación de bases de datos y su análisis. calibrando un modelo de regresión cuantil que mostro que las variables longitud del tramo, ancho de calzada, numero de carril, numero de intersecciones, volúmenes vehiculares y velocidad (percentil 50) son representativas a la hora de ocurrir un accidente | en_US |
