| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo contiene la información correspondiente a los objetivos y actividades realizadas en el tratamiento de proyectos de desarrollo habitacional, donde se hizo un análisis de estabilidad geotécnica en taludes, así como la revisión de terrazas y estructuras de contención, evaluando de esta manera los efectos de los factores desencadenantes de la inestabilidad, además de la modelación y evaluación de la capacidad resistente y deformabilidad en condiciones estáticas y dinámicas de los proyectos de estudio. Todo esto con el fin de brindar recomendaciones garantes de la seguridad de los proyectos y la mitigación de los impactos negativos sobre estos. De igual manera la presentación de una metodología para el diseño de muros de contención como aporte académico. | en_US |

All this in order to provide recommendations that guarantee the safety of projects and the mitigation of negative impacts on them.
