| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se implementa la evaluación del desempeño ambiental en TECNICONTROL S.A., teniendo en cuenta la NTC-ISO 1031 adaptada a las características de la actividades de la organización; que involucra el ciclo PHVA, capaz de aportar información cuantitativa y veráz para apoyar el proceso de toma de decisiones en el control ambiental y el mejoramiento continuo. Como resultado se obtuvo un conjunto de indicadores que evaluaron el desempeño ambiental de los procesos de gesitón y operativos, los cuales permitieron concretar información confiable en lo que concierne a las metas propuestas. | en_US |
