| dc.description.abstract | La problemática identificada en el Hospital Lázaro Alfonso Hernández Lara del municipio de San Alberto, Cesar, radica en la mala gestión ambiental que se le están haciendo a los residuos hospitalarios el cual involucra aspectos de planificación, diseño, ejecución, operación y administración; permitiendo definir los lineamientos para la gestión integral de los residuos con procedimientos para la gestión integral de los residuos con procedimientos que admiten tratar y disponer adecuadamente los residuos peligrosos.
