dc.description.abstract	Las prácticas universitarias son una estrategia para que el universitario adquiera la experiencia necesaria en su campo laboral, aportando destrezas y habilidades propias del estudiante, logrando fortalecer con aportes significativos las diferentes áreas en las organizaciones y de esta forma un porcentaje considerable logra ser vinculado laboralmente. Finalmente, las estrategias planteadas se estructuraron con la intención de contribuir con la mejora continua del semestre de prácticas.	en_US
