dc.description.abstract	En el plan de trabajo desarrollado en el Centro de atención San Rafael Arcángel se logró realizar un acompañamiento y fortalecimiento en su estructura debido a su proceso de nacimiento como empresa, en la cual, se ejecutaron tareas sencillas hasta aquellas que requerían un mayor nivel de dificultad como la habilitación ante el Instituto departamental de Salud y posteriormente el apoyo en la apertura de la IPS al público.	en_US
