dc.description.abstract | El currículum oculto se refiere a las distintas acciones, actitudes, comportamientos y normas que se generan dentro del aula académica y que de una u otra manera, pueden influir de manera positiva o negativa en la vida académica, profesional o personal de los estudiantes, de tal manera, se hace importante realizar un estudio que permita determinar las afectaciones que tiene el currículum oculto en los estudiantes de la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander, para con los resultados establecer una línea de acciones que permitan mejorar los procesos académicos y las relaciones entre docentes y estudiantes, toda ello se acudió a la investigación cualitativa con un enfoque interpretativo, toda vez que esto permitiría entender la realidad y el sentir de los estudiantes y docentes desde sus propias voces. | en_US |
