dc.description.abstract	Durante los últimos cuatro años, Ocaña ha tenido un auge en restaurantes que satisfacen los gustos alimenticios de los Ocañeros; sin embargo, se pudo evidenciar a través de la observación, que, a pesar de haber tanto crecimiento en restaurantes, aún no existe uno que sea completamente tipo buffet. Por ello, se realizaron los ocho estudios de factibilidad para la creación del primer restaurante tipo buffet en Ocaña.	en_US
