dc.description.abstractCon la realización de la pasantía se identificaron los peligros, el ausentismo y las condiciones de salud del personal de la ESE Hospital Regional Noroccidental de Ábrego, para ello fue necesario realizar una evaluación inicial del SG-SST, con el fin de determinar en qué estado se encuentra este, de igual manera se revisaron cada uno de los documentos de permisos e incapacidades para llevar un mejor manejo de esta información.en_US
