| dc.description.abstract | Este documento tiene como objetivo realizar el análisis energético para el conjunto generador de vapor, se determinó la cantidad de vapor consumida por cada uno de los equipos que componen este sistema, además de eso se estimó el costo de operación por hora de la caldera principal. Para el sistema de refrigeración se logró estimar la cantidad de agua fría que se requiere para llevar a cabo el enfriamiento a cada uno de los productos que solicitan de este fluido y finalmente se determinó el coeficiente de operación para el sistema de refrigeración. | en_US |
