| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe tiene como finalidad el diseño y la implementación de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo al parque automotor de la empresa. Primero se realizó un diagnostico detallado de la flota vehicular y los procesos de mantenimiento que se trabajan actualmente. Luego se diseñaron formatos de mantenimiento que se utilizaron y, por último, se creó un sistema de información utilizando un aplicativo en Excel donde se relaciona los procesos de mantenimiento y la información detallada de los vehículos. | en_US |
