| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto consiste en la implementación de un plan de calidad para la construcción de obras mecánicas estáticas de la empresa Wamcol S.A.S con el fin de mejorar la cobertura y satisfacción de las necesidades y demandas del cliente en el municipio de San Martin, Cesar. Para el desarrollo del plan de calidad se diagnosticó e identifico la documentación existente en la empresa, seguidamente se elaboró los procedimientos y formatos basándonos en los lineamientos de la ISO 10005, brindando una oportunidad para aumentar la confiabilidad de los servicios prestados. Finalmente se lograron obtener los resultados con los diferentes proyectos realizados. | en_US |
